6 Million Gallon Liquid Fertilizer Tank Foundation

Esfeller Construction, General Contractor, contracted with Jordan Pile Driving to install 250-24 inch diameter x 70 foot long Auger Cast Grout Piles.  A 280 ton compression load test was successfully run to confirm the pile capacity, prior to the installation of production piles.  Approximately 2,700 cubic yards of 4,000 psi grout was furnished by Coastal Ready Mix and 100,000 pounds of reinforcing steel was furnished by O’Ferrell Rebar.
